The convent temple is a Gothic construction with an outstanding polygonal plan chance, big buttresses and broad windows. Inside, the ceiling that crowns the apse is of cross vaulting with eight nerves. There is a Gothic door in the north wall. This convent, which is still in good condition, has been occupied for more than six centuries by a community of “Clarisas” (Saint Clare’s nuns). They make delicious confectionery, renowned all over this region.
